File photoMOSCOW, Apr 14The death toll from tropical storm Agathon (Megi) that hit the Philippines on Sunday has risen to 76, with more than 920,000 affected, the report says National Disaster Management and Reduction Council of the Philippines (NDRRMC). Previously, the agency reported 43 deaths. The tropical storm affected 920,727 people and forced more than 162,000 people to flee their homes. At the same time, 75 settlements are experiencing power outages.
