The reason for the protocol was the “Women in Black” action launched by the “Feminist Anti-War Resistance”. Gorshenina stood in black clothes near one of the children's educational institutions of the city with a white rose in her hands. Ribbons with the inscriptions “Epirus vӑrҫa khirӗҫ!” were attached to the flower. and “Kirakmi bezgә sugysh!”, which in translation from Chuvash and Tatar means “We are against the war!”. According to the artist, the police considered the rose a “campaign material.”

Gorshenina specified that she was not detained, but the security forces came to her house when she was not there. After that, she found a lawyer and together with him came to the police department, where a protocol was drawn up against her. The artist retracted her testimony, citing 51 articles of the Constitution. Gorshenina faces a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles, the date of the meeting has not yet been set.
