MOSCOW, Apr 22 Two-time Olympic swimming champion Evgeny Rylov suspended nine months from international competitions under the auspices of the International Swimming Federation (FINA) after attending a concert-rally in Luzhniki, according to the official website of FINA. Earlier, the FINA disciplinary commission opened a case against Rylov for participating in a festive concert, which took place on March 18 «in honor of the Day of the reunification of Crimea with Russia.
