According to the Pskov Gubernia, the police arrived in the Kresty microdistrict after a message from local residents who complained about a neighbor who annually paints the fence near home.

As told 7×7 subscriber, every year a woman painted the fence of the house in blue and yellow. This year, a woman from Pskov decided to renew it on the evening of April 22, a few hours later the police arrived at the scene.
