Olya Cybulskaya told how to deal with apathy during the war and pull yourself together.
She admitted that she herself was in a state of prolonged depression and it was difficult for her to force herself to do something, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
She tried to hold on for the sake of her son and her fans, to help her country. But then her strength ran out and everything around lost its meaning.
How she managed to cope with apathy and what tips help to pull herself together, the artist told on her Instagram page.
«Once my friend from the Armed Forces of Ukraine called when I was sitting for 5 days with an unwashed head in the corner of the room and reading the news. He said he was calling for light and warmth. I told it like it is. I ride on an emotional swing, from complete apathy to hysteria and back again. It hurts all the time for everyone and everything. «Olchik, your unwashed head does not help in the war. We are here with the boys, as we are fighting for Ukraine and our beautiful girls. Do you hear? Looking forward to a great photo. I want to smile». I sort of got it», — Cybulska is recognized.
The artist writes that we now need to protect beauty, right now. She gives strength to our guys and girls on the front line.
«I know that it is very difficult now. But being beautiful during the war is not a shame! To be beautiful in wartime is to motivate our coolest, hottest guys to win! To be beautiful in wartime is to be balanced, and from this calm for your children and loved ones»,— emphasized Cybulska.

Don't beat yourself up about being safe and having the opportunity to wash your hair, get a face mask or manicure. Our defenders at the front are fighting for our happy and beautiful future. Prepare yourself for victory.
Find new pleasure
Simple. Start with warm tea and at least 10 minutes without news. Or, like me, collect eggs in the chicken coop. Or watch a video of our guys beating stinking orcs. Very relaxing.
Let yourself be distracted and remember who you are and what brings peace to your heart. You can start with a few minutes a day. It will get a little easier. It will be felt not only by you, but also by those close to you.
Look at the eternal
At art, water, sky. Something that, despite the war, remains stable. Something that even the greatest evil cannot destroy. It sounds trite, but something so global and immense gives hope and perspectives. We are also rebellious. Life will win. A wonderful, happy future awaits us.
