File photoMOSCOW, Apr 27Russia will respond to rude, often clumsy, restrictions and attempts to isolate with greater openness to entrepreneurship, said Russian President Vladimir Putin. «As I said, we will respond to rude, often clumsy external restrictions, on the destruction of all civilized rights and agreements, on attempts to isolate us with greater freedom of entrepreneurship, openness to honest partnership, respect and reliable protection of owners and conscientious investors,» Putin said, speaking at the Council of Legislators.
