Speaking at the Council of Legislators, Russian head Vladimir Putin noted that the Russian Federation needs to use the channels of parliamentary security in Europe and Asia as much as possible, to convey truthful information. «We need to build relationships with those partners who are ready to work with us, there are many of them: Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America,» the politician told reporters. As the parliamentarian added, many of the leaders of these regions were educated in Soviet and Russian universities, «regardless of this, they are guided precisely by common sense, by a multipolar architecture.»
