Also, the doctor does not advise eating sausages and lard, bread, smoked meats and corn. In addition, Samsonova drew attention to a number of drinks that provoke gastritis. These include coffee and black tea, soda, alcohol and energy drinks. It is noted that all of the above products should be excluded from the diet during the acute phase of gastritis and for four to six weeks after it. If harmful bacteria are present in the gastrointestinal tract, the doctor considers it useful to eat cabbage, celery, lettuce, zucchini, carrots and beets .
