It is noted that Victory Square will retain its name. Earlier, monuments to Alexander Pushkin in Chernigov and Maxim Gorky in Vinnitsa were also dismantled in Ukraine. In turn, the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, said that it is planned to dismantle about 60 monuments associated with Russia and the Soviet Union in the Ukrainian capital.
