MOSCOW, 6 May. Liver diseases often do not cause any symptoms in the initial stage, but to prevent them, certain foods should be excluded from the daily diet, according to the German portal Focus Online. First of all, it is necessary to reduce the consumption of supplements containing vitamins A or B3, which can also cause headaches and skin irritation. They should not replace any products. In addition, the regular use of potent drugs, such as paracetamol, provokes the occurrence of liver damage. Fructose increases the risk of fatty liver, and therefore experts pay attention to the moderate consumption of fruits. It is noted that 100 grams of apples have more fructose than 100 milliliters of cola. Over time, excess fat in the liver, which also occurs due to large body weight, can lead to cirrhosis. Finally, the most common cause of cirrhosis is alcohol abuse. The German Narcological Center has set the norm for men to no more than two glasses of wine or beer a day, for women — half as much.
