Representatives of all Russian foreign missions in Budapest, together with their compatriots, laid flowers at the memorial stele and joined the all-Russian action «Immortal Regiment», the Russian Embassy in Hungary said. «In commemoration of the 77th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, representatives of all Russian foreign missions and business structures in Hungary, together with their compatriots, take part in commemorative events,» the embassy said in a Telegram channel. Wreath-laying ceremonies at monuments to Soviet soldiers-liberators are held throughout Hungary. «Traditionally, the main events were solemn layings in the capital on Freedom Square near the memorial stele, as well as at the central cemetery of Kerepeshy, where the largest number of Soviet soldiers and officers are buried,» the diplomatic mission reports. It is noted that Russian ambassadors took part in the ceremony , Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and, Serbia and China.» The participants of the events came not only with flowers, but with portraits of their relatives who participated in the war and thus joined the all-Russian campaign «Immortal Regiment,» the embassy said.The procession of the «Immortal Regiment» took place in Bethlehem
