ASEAN does not choose between China and the United States, Cambodian premier saidThe American leader also announced the nomination of one of his closest advisers, Johannes Abraham, as a candidate for the post of US ambassador to this association. «He will be my trusted representative who will continue to strengthen this strategic partnership for the benefit of all of us,» Biden said.
