The delegation will include Secretary of State Blinken, Pentagon Chief, CIA Director and Presidential Special Envoy for Climate John Kerry, the report said. UAE President Khalifa bin Zeid Al Nahyan, who ruled the country since 2004, died after a long illness at the age of 73. The powers of the head of the country were transferred to the president's brother, 61-year-old Mohammed bin Zeid. This decision was unanimously adopted by the Supreme Federal Council of the UAE, which includes the rulers of the seven emirates.
