The document notes that “the death penalty for preparing to commit a crime and attempted crime is not imposed, with the exception of an attempt to commit crimes under part 2 of article 124, part 3 of article 126, part 3 of article 289 and part 2 of article 359 of this code.” “This law enters into force ten days after its official publication,” the document says. Earlier, the corresponding bill was adopted by both houses of the Belarusian parliament.
