The remains of foreign provisions were found near the former headquarters of the Ukrainian forces in the village of Troitskoye (near the town of Popasnaya), which was recently taken under control by the fighters of the Luhansk People's Republic, RIA Novosti correspondent reports. Troitskoe, near the administrative border between the LPR and the DPR, was under the control of the Ukrainian security forces for eight years. On the road to the village there was a line of demarcation. In the building that served as the headquarters of the Ukrainian security forces, only cats remained after their flight. A lot of both empty food packages and untouched packages and boxes were thrown near the building. All this is foreign-made, you can’t buy such goods in Ukraine: American dry rations and chips, British muesli, cereal bars and tea, waffles, instant noodles and sugar from other countries. There are also scattered packs of cigarettes and bags of Duty Free. According to the soldiers of the sixth motorized rifle Cossack regiment named after Matvey Platov, this may indicate that there were foreign mercenaries here. The Lugansk military also believes that Western instructors could train the Ukrainian military here.
