Earlier it was reported that Kherson and Zaporozhye regions switched to Russian mobile communications and the Internet. A new Russian mobile operator has entered the regions. The sale of sim cards has begun. At the same time, Ukrainian mobile operators have finally stopped working. under the control of the Kherson region and the Azov part of the Zaporozhye region in southern Ukraine. Civil-military administrations have been formed in the regions, Russian TV channels and radio stations have begun broadcasting, and trade ties with Crimea are being restored. The liberated regions announced their plans to become subjects of the Russian Federation.
