Skype and proceeded to discuss it with the guests of the program Non è l'Arena. A few minutes later, the program participants noticed that something was happening to Giletti. After the exclamations of his co-host «Oh God, Massimo, what's going on? Help Massimo,» the program went into advertising. The moment of the incident itself was not shown on the air. After the commercial, the journalist said that Giletti experienced a sudden malaise. The transmission continued without a host, but less than an hour later he got back in touch with the studio. Giletti, without a tie and sitting in a room, explained the dizziness attack by a lack of sugar or cold weather in Moscow and returned to the TV show. According to the journalist, Russian TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov provided him with first aid.
