File photoLUGANSK, June 7A resident of Severodonetsk in the LPR, Galina Demchenko, told how the dog Roza saved her during the shelling, in which Galina's parents were killed, and her 13-year-old daughter was seriously injured. «This is my savior, if not for her, I might not exist now,» — says 35-year-old Galina Demchenko from Severodonetsk about her dog breed Russian Toy Rosa. She believes the dog saved her life. As a sign of gratitude, Galina and her daughter insisted that the dog live with them in the hospital, and the doctors had no choice but to agree. On that May day, the entire Demchenko family — Galina, her parents and daughter Vika — were on the street near their private house in Shchedrishchevo, a northern suburb of Severodonetsk. Suddenly Rosa ran up to them and began to bark loudly. «She has already learned to feel the «arrivals.» I think she wanted to warn us — she ran around and barked at everyone,» Galina recalls. The dog rushed into the house, and Galina ran after her. A Ukrainian shell immediately hit the house, but paradoxically, the building turned out to be the safest place — the whole yard was strewn with fragments from the explosion, and Galina and Rosa were unharmed. «/>Military correspondent Pavel Kukushkin on the shelling of Donetsk: the National Battalions are «biting» «I went out into the yard through the rubble of things — my mother was sitting with her back against something, she was already cold. Dad wheezed and rolled his eyes. I began to solder him with water, he came in himself, but then lost consciousness again,» recalls Galina. During the shelling, two large dogs, Black and Linda, who live in the yard, were also killed. Daughter Vika received shrapnel in the head and side. The LNR fighters took her with her mother to a neighboring village, where they provided first aid. Demchenko's house could not be saved — there was no water in the village because of the fighting for several days. Now Galina and Vika live in a clinic in Luhansk, Vika is undergoing treatment, and Galina has found a job as a dishwasher in a cafe. hospitals, but they made an exception for Galina so that she would go to work,» head physician Lyudmila Beletskaya explained to RIA Novosti. As an exception, Galina and Vika were allowed to keep the dog Rose in the hospital ward: Vika did not want to go to the clinic without her and even demanded to take her back to Severodonetsk. «They had to go through a lot, so we went to meet them», — explained the head physician. : who did the LPR army face in Severodonetsk
