Italian MP calls Medvedev's words about Russia's opponents logical

Earlier, Medvedev explained the sharpness of his rhetoric in the Telegram channel with hatred who wants to destroy Russia by calling them «bastards» and «geeks.» «He says a logical thing, you can be against the Russian army or the Russian government, but certainly not against Russian citizens. This is something without any basis, completely illogical, false and senseless opposition,» Zgarbi was quoted as saying by the askanews agency. Speaking about the conflict in Ukraine, Zgarbi recalled that the Pope of Rome named NATO actions near the borders of the Russian Federation as one of his reasons. In early May, in an interview with the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, the pontiff suggested that «NATO barking at Russia's door» led to the outbreak of the conflict.
