MOSCOW, June 6 State Duma deputies from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF ) introduced a draft law on the abolition of personal passes to stadiums (Fan ID), follows from the document, which is available in the Duma electronic database. «The adoption of the federal law «On the abolition of the Federal law» On amending the Federal law «On physical culture and sports in Federation» will eliminate the unreasonable violation of the rights of a wide range of citizens and the contradiction of this law with the Constitution of the Russian Federation (clause 2 of article 55, clause 1 of article 118), Administrative Code (clause 1 of article 3.14), Code of Criminal Procedure (clause 1 of article 14); a document appeared in the Duma electronic database, according to which the Government of the Russian Federation does not supported this bill. Fan ID is a system for identifying football fans, designed to provide spectators with a comfortable passage to the stadium. Previously, it was used at the 2017 Confederation Cup, the 2018 World Cup, as well as at the Russian matches of the European Championship in 2021.
