The Ministry of Internal Affairs put Andrey Soldatov, a researcher of special services, editor-in-chief of Agentura.ru, on the federal wanted list. The journalist also reported on Facebook that his accounts in Russian banks were arrested.
“The case was initiated on March 17, 2022, the case is allegedly being handled by the Main Investigative Directorate of the ICR. The case, judging by the number, differs by several numbers from the case of Michael Naki and Ruslan Leviev about the Russian army],” Soldatov wrote.
