Fan ID is a system for identifying football fans, designed to provide spectators with a comfortable passage to the stadium. Previously, it was used at the 2017 Confederation Cup, the 2018 World Cup, as well as at the Russian matches of the European Championship in 2021. «Based on the above, the bill is not supported by the Government of the Russian Federation,» the document says.
