The case began when a Missouri woman said who contracted the human papillomavirus during sexual intercourse with the owner of a Hyundai Genesis car in 2017. The sexual intercourse, according to her, took place in his vehicle, insured by Geico. The victim first contacted the insurance company with a warning to file a claim, requesting one million dollars in compensation. Having received the refusal of the insurer, the woman appealed to the local court. The arbitrator in the case ruled that the car's owner negligently infected the woman and awarded her $5.2 million in damages. The arbitrator appointed an insurance company as the payer of compensation. Geico tried to challenge the decision, but the state court ruled that the company had no legal basis for doing so. The case will now move to the Federal Court, the newspaper writes. 2022/06/e3cc7c868281adc34c912fd56bbb4fc9.jpg» />Media: Americans blame Biden for high fuel prices
