Rogov said earlier on Sunday that two pops occurred at a transformer station in Berdyansk due to a short circuit, the fire was quickly extinguished. One of the transformers failed. «Currently, part of the subscribers of the city, its lower part, are without power supply, which will be restored in the coming hours,» he said.
