MOSCOW, June 12 World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) CEO Olivier Niggli urged to reopen doping cases of Russian athletes after the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to disqualify Alexander Dyachenko and Nikolai Lipkin, the Associated Press reported. On Friday, CAS granted WADA's appeal against the decision of the International Canoe Federation (ICF) and disqualified the Olympic champion kayaker for four years Dyachenko, and also issued a decision to disqualify the multiple world champion canoeist Lipkin for the same period.
