File photoKHERSON, June 18The mayor of Kherson, Alexander Kobets, at a meeting with the head of the health department, agreed to organize payments to employees of the regional clinical hospital in rubles and purchase new medical equipment, RIA Novosti was told in the military-civilian administration of the city. «During the meeting, the parties exchanged views and decided on the implementation of specific measures to the resumption of the activities of the regional clinical hospital.With the participation of the CAA with the acting head physician of the hospital Yevgeny Garan, a procedure was worked out and a decision was made to organize payments to the employees of the institution in Russian rubles, put the structure, staff of the clinic, as well as equipment for financial and logistical support of the CAA in the Kherson region, prepare proposals for the purchase of the latest equipment to replace the dilapidated during the years of Ukrainian rule,» the agency's interlocutor said.The authorities of the Kherson region said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are intimidating the inhabitants of the region. Also, the meeting participants noted the destructive contribution to the activities of the institution of the former chief physician Korolenko, who is now in Kyiv. «The participants of the meeting expressed a consolidated opinion on the inadmissibility of manipulation and sabotage at the suggestion of the Ukrainian side of the activities of regional medical and socially significant institutions,» the representative of the administration added. The meeting with the mayor was also attended by Valeria Zheleznyakova, chief economist of the regional hospital, Vladimir Drozd, chief accountant, Alena Babich, head of the legal department, Nina Biryuchkovskaya, head of the polyclinic, and Tatiana Tatarinova, chairman of the trade union committee.
