Archive photoDONETSK, June 21 Head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin signed a decree on military service in the internal troops of the DPR Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to which it is allowed to recruit foreign citizens under a contract. The document is published on Pushilin's website. «I decide: to determine that during the period of martial law and in wartime, legal relations related to the entry into military service in the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Donetsk People's Republic, its passage and termination, arise and are carried out taking into account the following features: military service is carried out : by citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic — by conscription, including mobilization, and by contract; by foreign citizens — by contract,» the document says. The resolution came into force from the date of its signing, Pushilin signed it on June 6.
