Martial law was introduced in Ukraine on February 24, the next day Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization. He decided to carry out the call for military service, reservists and to attract vehicles to meet the needs of the army and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. In accordance with the decisions taken by the authorities, men liable for military service are prohibited from leaving the country.
