MOSCOW, June 25 Russian judoists Makhmadbek Makhmadbekov and Madina Taimazova won gold in the second day of the Grand Slam tournament in Ulaanbaatar. In the weight category up to 73 kg, Mahmadbek defeated the representative of Mongolia Tsogtbaatar Tsend-Ochir. Taimazova, competing in the 70 kg category, defeated the Japanese Yoko Ono. Kamila Badurova won bronze in the 63 kg weight category. In the fight for the medal, she defeated the Israeli representative Gefen Primo. The International Judo Federation (IJF) allowed athletes from Russia and Belarus to take part in international tournaments in a neutral status. Because of this, the Judo Federation of Ukraine (FDU) announced the decision not to take part in all tournaments under the auspices of the organization.
