According to the publication, the incident occurred at approximately 19.15 local time (Sunday 02.15 Moscow time). It is noted that before the incident, the driver of the car tried to escape from the police chase. According to the newspaper, four victims, including an eight-year-old child, were hospitalized, another person escaped with minor injuries. The victim was a 67-year-old man. The suspect is in police custody.
