MOSCOW, Jul 9 Brazilian defender of the Turkish «Galatasaray» Marcao will move to » Sevilla», according to the official website of the Spanish football club. The clubs have reached an agreement in principle. The 26-year-old Brazilian remains to undergo a medical examination and sign a contract that runs until 2027. According to journalist Fabrizio Romano on Twitter, the transfer of Marcao will cost Sevilla 12 million euros plus bonuses of 3 million. Earlier, the Turkish portal Fanatik reported that Zenit St. Petersburg was interested in the player, which offered Galatasaray 15 million euros for the transfer of the defender. Marcao has been with Galatasaray since 2019. Last season he took part in 38 club matches in all competitions and scored one goal.
