Martyushev was sent to a pre-trial detention center in early March in the case of incitement to extremism (Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, on February 24, a Tyumen resident uploaded a video “with an assessment of the activities of police officers, containing signs of incitement in the form of a call for violent actions” to the security forces on the telegram channel “#NETVOINE” on February 24.
Earlier, the department added to the list extremists who opposed the war, Bogdan Zizou. The artist was arrested in the case of preparing for a terrorist attack (part 1 of article 30, part 1 of article 205 of the Criminal Code).
