MOSCOW, Jul 20 National Basketball Association (NBA) forward Charlotte Hornets» Miles Bridges pleaded not guilty to domestic violence in his case in Los Angeles County Court, ESPN reports. In June, the basketball player was arrested for beating his girlfriend in front of their children and later released on $130,000 bail. The prosecutor's office opened a criminal case of bodily harm to a girl and two criminal cases of child abuse. The investigation of the Bridges case will continue until August 19, when a preliminary hearing date is to be set. Bridges, 24, has been a Charlotte throughout his career. On average last season, the forward scored 20.2 points per game, made 7.0 rebounds and 3.8 assists. Bridges is currently a restricted free agent.
