"In the seventh package of sanctions, European officials actually recognize the territory of the Zaporozhye region as part of Russia", Rogov wrote in his Telegram channel.
In his opinion, the wording «The so-called representative of the main council of the military-civilian administration of the Zaporozhye region», which refers to the imposition of sanctions against Rogov, became the reason for thinking so.
