File photoKHERSON, July 22 Security forces received information from sources in the Security Service of Ukraine about the preparation of a large-scale operation in Nikolaev to identify «unreliable» citizens with ties to Russia and not loyal to the Kyiv regime, an employee told RIA Novosti one of the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"According to information received from sources in the SBU, in the next ten days, large-scale cleansing of the civilian population from residents disloyal to Ukraine is being prepared in Nikolaev. To achieve this goal, more than 50 SBU officers have already arrived from Kyiv and the Western regions of Ukraine,» the source said.
According to him, sources in the SBU reported that house-to-house raids and patrols on streets, which will check citizens' mobile phones, look at outgoing traffic and billing for calls and contacts in Russia, check family and friendly ties. The detainees, as our sources say, are planned to be sent to filtration camps for further detailed development by the SBU,” added a representative of the Russian law enforcement agencies.
