MOSCOW, Jul 24 American Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter Curtis Blades defeated British Tom Aspinall in a heavyweight bout at UFC Fight Night 208. The main fight of the evening, which took place in London, ended in the first seconds of the opening round. After Aspinall's low kick to the opponent's thigh, he fell to the floor and grabbed his knee. Referee Herb Dean stopped the bout. The victory was awarded to the American by technical knockout.
