MOSCOW, Jul 27 Sergey Karasev has been appointed chief referee for the match of the third round of the Russian Premier League (RPL) between St. Petersburg Zenit and Moscow Lokomotiv, according to the website of the Russian Football Union (RFU). The meeting will take place on July 30 in St. Petersburg and will begin at 17:30 Moscow time. Alexey Lunev and Igor Demeshko will help Karasev. Aleksey Amelin will be the reserve referee. Pavel Kukuyan and his assistant Alexei Stipidi will be in charge of the Video Assistance to Referees (VAR) system.
