Archival photoMOSCOW, July 26 Russian military and rescuers checked more than 5,600 hectares of territory in the DPR and LPR during demining, the head of the Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response, Head of Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev of the National Defense Control Center.
"Demining units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Russian Emergencies Ministry continue to carry out tasks to clear the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics of explosive objects. Total checked: 5,605.58 hectares of territory (— 274.43 hectares per day)", — said Mizintsev.
