MOSCOW, Jul 30 Canada's Nicolas Latifi of Williams set the fastest time in the third free practice of the 13th stage of Formula 1 — the Hungarian Grand Prix, which is held at the Hungaroring circuit. Latifi drove his best lap in 1 minute 41.480 seconds. Monegasque Charles Leclerc of Ferrari was second (+0.661 behind), Latifi's team-mate at Williams, Thai Alex Albon, was third (+0.901). Championship leader and reigning world champion Dutchman Max Verstappen of Red Bull is fourth (+1.725). Seven-time world champion Briton Lewis Hamilton showed 11th time (+3.352). 9 minutes before the end of the session, which took place in rainy conditions, the pilot of Aston Martin Sebastian Vettel lost control and crashed into a wall.
