MOSCOW, Aug 12 Spanish football club Barcelona registered four out of five new players to participate in the matches of the championship of Spain of the 2022/23 season, according to the official website of La Liga. Earlier, the Spanish edition of Sport reported that due to the financial situation of the blue garnet, La Liga does not allow them to declare players acquired during the summer transfer window, as well as those who signed new contracts with the club. In the off-season, defenders Andreas Christensen and Jules Kunde, midfielders Rafinha and Frank Kessier, as well as forward Robert Lewandowski joined the squad. Striker Ousmane Dembele and midfielder Sergi Roberto extended the agreement with the club. On Friday, Barcelona included Christensen, Kessier, Rafinha and Lewandowski in the application for the national championship. 23-year-old Kunde remained out of the application. On Saturday, Barcelona will play at home the first round match of the national championship with Rayo Vallecano.
