Archival photoMOSCOW, Aug 18Ukrainian nationalists have equipped strongholds in the premises of the music school and the palace of culture in Toretsk of the DPR, said Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Center for Defense Control of the Russian Federation. The Armed Forces of Ukraine placed strongholds and ammunition depots in the premises of the music school and the Palace of Culture (Druzhby Street), equipped artillery and MLRS positions on the adjacent territory, from which they systematically fire at nearby settlements, while civilians are forbidden to leave their homes, nationalists actually use them
