TOKYO, Sep 5 Police raid former organizing committee member's home Tokyo Olympics Haruyuki Takahashi in connection with the suspicion of taking a bribe through the firm of his acquaintance, the Kyodo agency reported. He is suspected of receiving 26 million yen accounts of a company owned by an acquaintance from an advertising firm based in the Kansai region for the right to handle the affairs of sponsoring companies. Earlier, Takahashi was arrested on suspicion of accepting a bribe of 51 million yen $455,000) from AOKI, an office clothing company, for obtaining a contract for suits for the organizing committee and the right to use the symbols of the Olympics on their suits.
