MOSCOW, September 9 The sports director of the Italian «Napoli» Christiano Giuntoli spoke about the unsuccessful negotiations with the Kazan «Rubin» on the transfer of the midfielder of the Georgian national team Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.According to him, the Georgian footballer could move to «Napoli» before, but the club refused to buy because of the price announced by «Rubin.» «The first time I saw Hvicha on video, when it was in the midst of quarantine.
