Ten members of the technical IBU 3rd Committee, which included Finnish World Champion Kaisa Mäkäräinen as the athlete representative. The elected members are Felix Bitterling (Germany), Ulrika Oeberg (Sweden), Michal Zihacek (Czech Republic), Sarah Studebaker-Hall (USA), Christoph Vassallo (France), Hillar Zakna (Estonia), Fabrizio Kurtaz (Italy), Pere Arne Botnan (Norway), Tomi-Pekka Riihivuori (Finland), Dejan Braidic (Croatia). Belgrade has been chosen as the venue for the next IBU Congress, which will take place in autumn 2024.
