MOSCOW, Sep 19 Figure skater Diane Davis and her ice dancing partner Gleb Smolkin will compete for the United States, according to The Skating Lesson.According to the source, they became representatives of the US Figure Skating Association (USFS).The Skating Lesson previously reported that Davis and Smolkin will be reviewed at the USFS. Later, the skaters in their appeal stated that they remain members of the Russian national team and are waiting for the test skates of the national team, which will take place in September in Moscow. Davis was born in the USA and is the daughter of Russian figure skating coach Eteri Tutberidze. In a duet with Smolkin at the 2022 Olympics in Beijing, she took 14th place.
