The Central District Court of Orenburg declared illegal two penalties that the administration of the colony imposed on Viktor Filinkov, convicted in the «Penza case». This is reported by the Rupression project.
We are talking about the penalties that Filinkov was assigned in May 2022 — five days in the ShIZO and two months in the PKT. As noted in Rupression, this is already the 17th satisfied claim of the person involved in the «Penza case» against the colony. At the same time, the same number of court cases were lost.
Earlier, on September 7, the Court of Cassation canceled the decision of the courts of first instance to recognize as legal the penalties received by Filinkov «in the first minutes of being in IK-1,» the project added.

In 2020, the 2nd Western District Military Court in St. Petersburg sentenced Filinkov to seven years in prison in the case of a “terrorist community «Network»«. He was found guilty of participating in a terrorist community (Part 2 of Article 204.5 of the Criminal Code). The young man said that he confessed under torture.
Filinkov was taken to IK-1 in August 2021 after 45 days of transfer. After that, he was repeatedly sent to ShIZO and PKT. Penalties were imposed on the young man, including because of his refusal to sweep the exercise yard.
