In May, a resident of Stavopol received 15 days of arrest for throwing a light bulb with red paint at the banner «KavkaZ #Za_nashi». At the end of April, a court in Komi fined a local resident 30,000 rubles in the case of “discrediting” the army for pouring red paint over a banner with a St. George ribbon in the shape of the letter Z.
