MOSCOW, Sep 20 Ukrainian tennis player Danil Kalenichenko suspended for three years and six months for doping, according to the official website of the International Tennis Federation (ITF). While participating in a tournament in Bratislava (Slovakia), a doping test was taken from a tennis player on November 9, 2021, which revealed the presence in the body of the metabolite LGD-4033, which is an anabolic agent .On January 20, 2022, Kalenichenko was provisionally suspended and charged the following day with an anti-doping violation. The Ukrainian tennis player pleaded guilty, but denied intentional doping. The disqualification is counted from November 9, 2021. Kalenichenko's highest position in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) rankings in singles was 439th place.
