He stressed that the European Union is unlikely to be able to convince non-Western partners of the correctness of its position on sanctions against Moscow. «I really made a lot of efforts to communicate with colleagues outside of Europe: from Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America «They don't care about the European position. They don't care if the conflict in Ukraine or the sanctions gave rise to their problems. <…> The world community is not only Europe and North America.
