"Starting from 1.45 and until now, at least four explosions were heard in the regional center, temporarily under the control of the regime of (Vladimir) Zelensky. The air raid alert went off after the second one. Hear the work of air defense. Pillars of smoke are visible in several areas of the city, and electricity has also disappeared", Rogov wrote.
He noted that the strikes are being carried out on military facilities and civilian infrastructure facilities that Kyiv militants and foreign mercenaries use as military bases and places
